Motion

5 steps to your motion clip.

A motion clip is made.

Every company is unique in its own way. This uniqueness should also be reflected in your motion clip. In the following 5 important steps we will get to know you, identify your needs and produce your customised motion clip.

  1. Phone call and schedule
In this phone call we will discuss the details about the production and the schedule, and we shall answer any questions you might have. We shall agree an appointment for drafting the concept, followed by a photo shoot.

  2. Concept and photo shoot
While we are making the motion clip, we use specially devised documents which help us to jointly record and organise the content of your motion clip on the spot. In this way, a chronological sequence of photo scenes and the promotional texts are created. Then comes the photo shoot.

It is also possible to incorporate your own material, such as still images or a logo, as long as these are available in a suitable resolution. These files should be given to the photographer during the meeting about the concept. Suitable formats are JPG with at least 1080 pixels, while EPS is ideal for logos.

  3. Editing and acceptance of the concept
The editorial work starts after the photo shoot. Your messages are reformulated into promotional texts aimed at specific target groups. You are then given the concept with the promotional texts and photo sequence for approval.

  4. Cutting
The cutting process is where the raw material based on the selected motion templates is given suitable music to turn it into a personal motion clip.

  5. Delivery and quality assurance
Your motion clip is ready. First we let you see the finished motion clip, which will be about 45 seconds long, via a weblink. Then we shall send it to you as a data file along with the your personal ID code (webcode) for embedding it on your website.

We don't leave you on your own.
Throughout the whole process, you will have your own experienced contact who will address any questions and provide expert advice on the important decisions.

After all, it's your motion clip that we have had the privilege to create.
