"Customers on the building site recognise me from the video."
Every company is unique in its own way. This uniqueness should also be reflected in your corporate video. In the following 7 important steps we will get to know you, identify your needs and produce your customised corporate video.
- It all starts with a simple phone call. During this conversation, we discuss details of production, duration of the video, agree on a date for discussing the script and answer any questions you might have.
- Next, you are visited by an experienced script writer who develops a concept for your video. The storyboard, also known as the production book, comprises all the required information and depicts chronologically every single scene, making it an absolute necessity for shooting.
We also clarify how the linguistic content should be conveyed. For most of the videos produced by Astramedia, a professional voice-over artist lends his voice for the script.
You will also have a chance to speak in your video, giving a personal statement. This can be an introductory or a final statement or statements spread over the whole movie. - If you have decided to write an off-text on your own, its ideal that we get it before the day of shooting. Altogether the text should be around 100 words, corresponding to a speaking time of about 60 seconds.
- Once in a while certain elements or activities of your company can not be filmed. In this case, we incorporate outside material, such as still images or video clips. We try to keep the whole idea still the same so the material fulfills our technical standards.
(Please review this: The option also exists, as long as these are available in a suitable resolution.)
Suitable formats:
- digital photos (jpg, tiff, etc.): 1920x1080 pixels
- video (DV-tape, DVD): 720x576 pixels
- graphics / animations: 1280x720 pixels
Unsuitable:
- VHS

- Photos - An experienced cameraman visits you on the day of shooting. Equipped with modern film equipment such as an HDV camera, a microphone, a tripod and a camera light we’re able to get along without a large crew. The cameraman will take you through the individual scenes once again on location and will then shoot the film within two to four hours.
- In-house editing begins once we receive the raw footage. During the cutting and editing process, we produce moving images - backed by copyright-free music - from the material shot, outside material and the interview or voice-over. The whole sequence is matched to the storyboard.
- Now your corporate video is ready and we let you see it first via a weblink, before supplying it to you on a DVD along with the web code for embedding it on your website.
Throughout the whole process, you are supported by our team. Our experts are available to address any questions and provide advice on important decisions, while you give us the honor of producing a great video for your organization.
